I had the opportunity to discover Colombia in 3 days. On the fourth day, I painted this mural in just 7 hours.

Inspiration came from everywhere, but the greatest one came from its people. I wanted to paint the artist La Fiera. She’s a great example of a woman with a lot of strength and motivation.

Although our lives are very different, her story and work with her community have marked me forever. In a few hours, I tried to capture the metamorphosis that she experienced and the struggle and love that is in her gaze.

Thank you to everyone who made this enriching experience possible. I returned from Colombia with lots of laughter, tears, and unforgettable memories.

Tuve la oportunidad de descubrir Colombia en 3 días y al cuarto día pintar este mural en solo 7 horas.

La inspiración vino de todas partes, pero la mayor vino de su gente, que es su gran riqueza. Quise pintar a la artista La Fiera. Todo un ejemplo de mujer, fortaleza y motivación. Aunque nuestras vidas son muy distintas, su historia y trabajo con su comunidad me ha marcado para siempre. En pocas horas intenté plasmar esa metamorfosis que vivió y esa lucha y amor que hay en su mirada.

Gracias a todos los que hicieron posible esta enriquecedora experiencia. Regresé de Colombia con muchas carcajadas, lágrimas y recuerdos inolvidables.
